Common questions
Why does this say it was previously rated 70 pints?
The retailer notes the model's rating changed under the 2019 DOE test procedure, which uses stricter conditions than the pre-2019 test. The unit itself did not get weaker; the number the industry is required to publish for it did.
Does it drain continuously without a pump?
There is a hose outlet built into the unit, but hOmeLabs does not include the hose, and there is no pump, so continuous drainage only works by gravity to a nearby floor drain.
Is it Energy Star certified?
