At around 97 to 100 dollars this is the middle path between cheap sticks and the Apple TV 4K, and the Ethernet port plus Thread radio make it the obvious pick for Google-centric smart homes. Pure streamers who do not care about smart home hubs get similar picture quality from a 40 to 50 dollar stick. Wait for a sale if you can, since it has repeatedly dropped to about 75 dollars during promo events in 2026.
